    I have recently become a shareholder on the recomendation of Intelligent Investor who have a "buy for yield " on this stock. Seems to me that at these prices yield is great and potential for CG and increated div is quite good in the medium to long term.

    Must say I am surprised at the apparent lack of interest. Would not be surprised to see stock at $2 by the end of the year
