Alright I am weighing up which shares to buy with the small amount of funds I have at the moment..

I already have some of these that I bought at about 1.03 and they are now trading just sub 70c and yielding 14% pre tax. Why is the price so low.

They have great property assets, very long term lease profile, meduim term debt profile (geared circa 50%) and they are exposed to the pub sector which many believe is still in a mode of consolidation?

The only potential risk is a small line of credit they may need for an acquisition they made last year and that is only if the owner wont take scrip? Circa 26mil.

For the life of me I dont know why these are so low. Boring shares I know but with potential organic growth through the part ownership of the Panthers portfolio it sounds too good.

    Please some help?
