If you look at the top 3 holders of HZN shares each of them has a lot of potential to downgrade their holdings by the volumes we are seeing. Perhaps Citicorp is selling 50% to invest in non energy businesses, that would be 168m shares and they would be sold in about 30 trading says. There is an end to the selling.
