I've already posted several times what, IMO, TS & FT are up to. These "mystery" buyers of CFE shares are, IMO, FT using our money that TS gave him. The loan is extendable indefinitely "by agreement of both parties". Once TS & FT control CFE that will become a formality - not that the independent directors were successful in securing the loan to protect the SHers but having control of the company for free is a pretty good outcome.
Maybe I'm too cynical but time will tell.
