Pumptard - An overly optimistic stock market investor somewhat out-of-touch with reality. One who spreads false rumors with the intention of creating interest in a stock therefore increasing demand and a higher price. The pumptard sells the stock after it has appreciated and therefore benefits from the higher price. Pumptards usually spread their dubious information via online message boards.

Tony Sage's last couple of deals have been disastrous for CFE shareholders. Let's wait and see the details of this one before we start counting our chickens.
