On re read I would support the view that it is possibly not free! Interestingly they described it as 'access to a fully commissioned' rather than ownership etc. Contracts still being written to transfer so the no up front could mean payments later, could also mean some sort of access or priority arrangement for Pfizer. Guess will need to wait till its sorted in contract.
