and IF the current management lose at the egm they will ask why.simply put,they were too slow in announcing ANYTHING at all as far as our own companies progress was concerned(i dont remember off hand,too many announcements in the 5 months leading up to the egm about what GWR was doing.instead the announcement list seemed to be filled with fas and PMM related articles.)and now they've finally been scared into looking they're top management,their announcements all seem to have that "defensive tactic" look about them.its something but its not enough.investors aren't attracted to GWR simply as a share to hold.maybe as a company signing offtakes or whatever they invest because there is something in it for them,but traders just don't seem to be interested.

p.s. no i don't hold ANY stock in PMM nor am i their stooge,employee or anything else except a voter in favour of having PMM represented on the GWR board
