They have publicly stated now multiple times they are holding off on doing a deal given it is expected to: (1) maximise shareholder outcomes, (2) have the balance sheet to manage without one and (3) shows an incredible level of confidence in passing phase 3 trials. The recent hires all show the intent to make this a guaranteed blockbuster before they seriously consider a deal. And no you don't have to disclose preliminary or even indicative discussions.
I note a deal for MPS may be a different matter and is a potential near term wild card IMO.
