cant disagree with your logic..but as they say a bird in the hand.....
i couldnt imagine James selling out on the cheap anyway

plus if the big boys want in on the eagle ford play they have to pay for it

both AZZ and Petrohawk have been first movers on this play and if they are right and leased the plum spots then there will be a premium in there some where
if you are in for a bigger price what $x would entice you to sell?
