If you are talking about bottom reversal in term of candle sticks, there hasn't been any bottom reversal pattern yet. You can read more about reversal patterns following the link below:

Also, even if a bottom reversal pattern did appear, like on Feb 8, you need the next day to close above the previous close (close price of when the pattern appears) to confirm it. Otherwise it's just consider to be a false signal.
