If they have any idea of positive efficacy news would it not have been prudent to make an announcement, watch the share price rise, complete IPO and have a truckload of extra capital in the bank? Why do we currently need the extra cash. This management team are certainly not the guys to take this company to the next level. I full understand that being registered on the NASDAQ will have a positive outcome for the company in the future but is it really currently necessary.
