Don't discpount the spin off.

Yes the tech side has potential and a few more deals could well put them in the black, this will be cause for re rating

But the spin off will be good, free shares in new mining co, that will increase demand for BRO to participate.

I know they said option holders will get shares but I am not sure it will work out that way, maybe just those who get oppies for pangea

But even that will be a bit off.

Yeah a few deals are close I think.
