The AFL made the correct decision. AFL is the most superior sport on the planet. AFL leads the way; is probably the only institution to make serious inroads into the racial divide. Footballers (and 95% are already aware of this) are out there to simply show their game skills; pay rates reflect skill level and it ain't really such a bad career option. Any form of sledging is simply not the way we play sport in this country. We live in 2011; we do things the Australian way - not how in was in the 70's or the way the Americans conduct their sports games. Leave the lippy stuff to trash sports like cricket. Aussie Rules rules.
