An observation of late. Looks like someone is hell bent on capping the share price. Each time when the share price looks like doing a run, the seller could come in towards end of business to dump some shares to keep it down. This happened a few times when the capper tries to keep it at under 40 cents. Now, looks like it wants to keep it at under 50 cents. To what purpose, I don't know.
