MOUs arent scary, they're worthless. call a spade a spade.
All sorts of companies sign MOUs all the time. But high quality companies do not issue a press release every time an MOU is signed. Does Japan Post or Amazon or DHL issue a press release every time they ink an MOU? Of course not because it means nothing.
Do you work at the company? because based on your eight posts and language, it sure seems so.
And my questions are being avoided. What are the 8 MOUs worth? Or think of it this way, if I told you I had a business with 8 MOUs, what would you pay me for them. Probably nothing because they dont represent anything of value.
what is your fair value estimate? would be great to understand the math.
