    1.Be cautious and more cautious .

    2.What ever noices about the TARB,it need to votes by the German people.And 60% already against the bailout...

    3.alot of worked is needed.

    4.Investor stay away.


    Hey is the "TARB" a genetic mutation of the "Euro Bond",in which the French and German so far deeply rejectiong it.
