I had Aug 18 as the panic low but if wrong then now is next best guess and many signals suggest that is possible.

I think we still face a problem after a rally and even more so into 2012 and 2013.

Then I will be a bull.

1982-1987 a bull.

1992-1997/8 a bull but the extended.

2002/3-2007 a bull.

I see no reason why 2012/13-2017 is not a bull but....
