Why would Peter have flown off to India to have a meeting with Bharat at this point in time??? I'm betting that it's backing & production related - but that's just a guess. I understand tho they're very excited about the prospects of Norwest.
I personally believe that this oil discovery is commercial.
Also, you don't get people like Dr. Phil Gorey from the Dept. of Mines & Petroleum in WA going on record and saying "This is a very serious oil discovery", without very good reason & data/facts to back up his comments.
