Not saying any of that should be a deal breaker for investment in estrella. Far from it. As I’ve said regularly, if the resource pans out it could be a brilliant investment.
And people can change. My respect for Daws has grown as I see the bloody hard yards he puts in, on the ground in Timor and now Japan. Good on him.
Just posting the full asic ruling, as timorlad understated it a bit. Until timorlad posted it here for whatever reason, I was not going to comment on it here at all, just on the awj thread as a reminder to timorlad that many company directors have skeletons in their closet.
It is just something uncovered in my research on esr. Most companies will have something to find. Look at Minres and pretty much any bank or insurance company.
