    thanks for that. If we look at a USD40million repayment (promote if one likes to call it that) then I see in a later post that this equates to 1million barrels oil which I guess it does gross at USD40 per barrel. But the real question is how much oil has to be produced to give Cue this amount of repay dollars. Just as a rough idea, not being in possession of the terms, Indonesia would probably take 80% of production, leaving 20%. Then Cue entitlement would be 15% of 20% or 3% of total. For the sake of illustration, assume a net profit clear of tax of USd10 per barrel, then Cue needs 4 million barrels of its own to raise the USD40million. I imagine that repayment in oil rather than in dollars would not change this. That means 133million barrels of production to achieve. This leaves out the question of cost recovery oil which would normally come out of the first production. And also that 15% of development costs will have to be funded upfront, at least if this is the usual type of venture agreement. Very difficult to put a value per share until these details are known and factored in. If anyone wants to plug different figures in, feel free, these offered to illustrate the issue.
