Even if it has, its too soon for an announcement other then "it's begun" which would have nil effect on the share price in this market.

Majority of economics that I have read are calling this as the low & at least 6 months, probably 12 months until we see recovery.

So you really gotta ask yourself would any positive news from TPL make any difference?

We're heading into the annual selling period as people take losses for tax return time, so it is inevitable that right now is the worst possible time to sell - it is on the contrary, quite likely a good time to be buying and holding for 12 months time.

Euro zone blows over; CGT concession and hopefully TPL recovers based on some fundamental progression. In the meantime, it is very unlikely anything will make a difference (positive or negative).
