Yes it can be expected that hiccups can occur during commissioning - and if you bothered to read our posts properly you would see that none of us are complaining about that. What we are complaining about is that the company has failed to meet its Continuous Disclosure requirements - these are requirements that are laid down by the ASX that all ASX-listed companies have to abide by.
BTW - did you really need to start a new thread just for your post which doesn't even understand the issue?
