If and when there is a no deal Brexit
the EU's finances will be mainly controlled by two non EU countries
the City of London and Switzerland
As is always the case - the Corporations will dictate what deals are done
not the UK pollies
Just look at the unelected puppets who run the EU
who do they answer to?
