apz will fall below 30c, 25c and maybe 20c. until you get rid of the exorbitant cost of bill and ben, you are not talking to the market in a language that is frank and serious about changing thr company's past largesse. the bill and ben package could be done by others better for no more than $1 million and not the $5 million it currently costs. think $4 million per year will [weekly repayments of $80,000 per week] will sevice a $30 million dollar debt [say at 6%pa] on principal and interest debt basis over 10 years. so you could borrow to buy say an $80 million dollar commercial asset with a 6.5 to 8% yield i.e. producing income of $6 million. then you have improved the balance sheet by $10 [4+6] million a year. you pay the acquistion debt under 10 years because the interest on acquistion is fully serviced. plus the $80 million asset will improve in worth at least in modest terms of a few % a year compounding. you save $4 million of utter waste.
now answer me this, if announcement of this type of proactive endeavour is made by the board, i.e. cut costs by $4million to buy $80 million asset, is the price going below 30c? Answer - NO
