Every month that Wah Nam delays this project will be costing...

Every month that Wah Nam delays this project will be costing them millions of dollars - yet they seem unconcerned. Marillana has effectively gone backwards in the last 12 months. Why delay it further to save a few $ from the last few shareholders when you need to find $2 billion to make it happen?

My bet is they don't have the funding yet...
