don't think there's CR as WEB already secured fund last year enough for two year of working capital as I recalled.
tourist industry been hit hard by CV. WEB management reacted hard and early. diluted the share a lot, but in other side, it was wise decision at the time. after all, survive is priority in pandemic
if we get out pandemic early, WEB might have some extra fund left plus " job keeper" alike government aides, it is not impossible they do acquisition without CR.
as vaccines rolled out in progress globally, it is the light in tunnels for tourism industry.
