the issue is that the OTA business (AU and NZ origin customers) is the bright spark whilst the WebBeds business continues to bleed.
any lockdowns in AU or Tasman bubble bursts, causes complete stops in the OTA revenue as well as increases in costs where the customer service team have to process refunds and changes at nil income as the fees have already been charged at the time of the initial purchase.
The business needs UK/European shop front agencies to be back thriving to drive the WebBeds hotel business, AU/NZ to have borders open and quarantine free travel to UK/Europe/Thailand and Indo before real momentum returns to the OTA business.
