I think whether WEB is over- or undervalued depends on the angle from which you're looking.

Those who think it's overvalued are looking at the situation as it is now and the greatly reduced revenue and profit WEB will face for some time (no one knows how long, but maybe one year is a reasonable estimate).

Those who see it as undervalued look at the potential beyond one year and include things not taken into account by the naysayers, e.g recovery of international travel; reduced operating costs; acquisitions by WEB of distressed travel businesses; the stated goal of WEB to make Webbeds #1 in the world (God knows how, given the gulf that exists between it now and the present #1, Hotelbeds); and X factors such as new vaccines and WEB being the target of a takeover or merger (I think a merged FLT and WEB makes sense and would be a great business).

Each investor's opinion – for WEB and every other company – is obviously based on the timeframe they're looking at before seeing a good return. That's why I wish Hot Copper would introduce a button next to Sentiment and Position so that investors could let the community know where they stand. Without that bit of information, it's just silly to be saying someone is right or wrong in their opinion.
