No worries. Vaccine is already here. Any border closure is just temporary and not much to be alarmed. People have learnt to live with the virus. Health authorities are fully equipped to deal with the situation. Australia is in much better situation than UK and USA. India, China, Russia have approved locally produced vaccine. Allow 2 months and Covid cases around the world would start coming down. Complete eradication possible in next 6 months.
