It's got a 36x enterprise value/ earnings multiple vs qanats and flight Centre 5x and 2x
That says to me it's grossly over priced. Like it should be a third of its current share price. Maybe a quarter.
Great time to short imho. It cannot defy gravity. Higherargins than Qantas and flight centre but covid is covid. People are overestimating how quickly gifts are going to open up travel again. Especially the Australian govt.
We are an extremely conservative risk averse country looking at the oecd. That means air travel will start up very very very slowly and always put secondary to virus outbreaks.
