Personally I do not see the issue with the information that FAR has put out, if you did some research about Petrosen you would know that:

The Senegalese National Oil Company, PETROSEN, was created in May 1981 to serve as the implementing tool for the State's petroleum policy.

PETROSEN is under the supervision of the Ministry in charge of the Energy sector, which through its Department of Energy ensures the control and follow-up of petroleum operations based on the Petroleum Code.

PETROSEN, in collaboration with the Department of Energy, prepares and negotiates all petroleum conventions and contracts. Conventions and Production Sharing Contracts (PSC) are signed between the Minister of Energy and the petroleum companies, while PETROSEN signs a Joint Operating Agreement (JOA).

So why is it that people think that Shell would not present to FAR, Petrosen, and the Senegalese government. In most African countries you would find that the government has involvement in most business dealings of this sort.

So, Harry while your intentions I am sure where to get more information, I do not believe FAR are holding anything back right now. In fact if FAR had to answer to every single share holder that thought there was more to a story, they would never be able to actually do business that will make us money in the long run. Just give it time and if you think you are being duped, sell out and you will not have to worry!!
