I think as usual, investors have become greedy, and take good results for granted. The 20 cent Dividend needs to be approved by the ATO (which is only a formality) but the AGM still needs to occur beforehand, which means shareholders will need to wait until at least late November before they get the Dividend.

It takes time for the market to digest the information. But you can't argue with the fundamentals. MRE has done well, and come a long way in such a short time. This just represents a good opportunity to get set.
