oil linked pricing is industry standard, and probably equates to around $9 a g/j today, but will fluctuate up and down with the price of oil.
the 20 year term far exceeded even my wildest dreams and sets the company up for an extremely prosperous future.
$50mill in earnings a year...pe of 10....market of $500mill...equals more then $1 per share over time and that's being conservative.
