    Pity it was announced on what is to be a crap
    day on the market! Although if my memory serves
    me correctly the original mou was announced
    on a day our market was slaughtered and yet
    sma went up by about 1000%! Good luck
    everybody this is certainly a good sign this
    deal will happen!
