There are no near-term price catalysts, so take your time. This one isn't going anywhere until at least 2009 (the earliest point for a drug to enter Phase II trials).
If you own shares, then I would advise selling into any strength. Then buy back at vastly more reasonable value - 25 cents would be my limit. The share price is clearly overheated in the 30s.
