I did a quick calc tonight, and you could replace Bayswater Power Station with approx. 162 square kilometres of solar panels, and 35 big batteries the size of the Hornsdale big battery. That would keep you going for a day. If it rained the next day, or there after you would be in trouble. So that is what you would need to replace Bayswater for one day. Happy for anyone to prove me wrong
You can replace coal with solar...
