Better than Roo - I have had the gumption to buy that in some fine establishments a couple of times - but hopeless, no matter how you cook it IMO. Not for me anyway.
Had Croc, escargot, pidgeon, quail, camel, frogs, and insects too.
Not much good.
Lamb, beef and chicken are fine meats. Turkey is okay at Xmas.
Prefer fresh Australian fish anytime though.
