There is a newsworthy line of questioning to be done regarding the length of time a simple regulatory process can be spun out by a ministry, to the point where even a statement to the media that the decision must be made in two weeks turns out to be a total fabrication. To what end? That is a genuine question you can expect financial media to pose.
