It's already been mentioned earlier in the GMG thread- but I found out with a rude shock this afternoon after returning from holidays.
I rang to confirm for piece of mind. If you live in Adelaide, a cheque can be hand delivered - otherwise a cheque must be sent by mail.
Just a heads up to holders. Sorry to those who were hoping to pick up the "overs" that were not taken up.... but it is our "Entitlement".
Send the cheques ladies and gents. 50% in the money as of open on Monday (based on DOW futures being up 27pts as I type this, therefore assuming we'll be over 60c at open).
