What account did you open?

A standard account or a limited account (one where you have to put a guaranteed stop)?

When we opened an account for my wife (as a limited one - a mistake) we also ticked the Tradesense tutorial/info option - that means that progressively over the 5 or 6 week period your account changes - you start with small contract sizes as a minimum and as each week passes you then only have full contract options.

If you've had it open for 5-6 weeks now, that is why you can only trade in full contracts - annoying as with .25 contracts you feel less riskier when trading.

Anyway, that is why you now can only buy full contracts.
