I think that is probably right
the guy said to me they do not lend on the basis of whether or not a share is stuffed
he said you can "believe me if you like or not if you don't"
of course he didn't say that they had fixed percentages on how much they will lend
all he had to do was just say.
you cant get a margin loan on it now, page-10
