ANZ and NAB were late into the Oz housing mkt. I'm concerned they did many deals near/at mkt top. Link below tells story of 3 young property investors and how they couldn't stop buying! Its incredible how the banks kept lending these kids millions! One couple had 16 houses/duplexes by age 24! Can they lose? Will the loans go bad? You decide.
