.... its sort of like this. I've put on my old project manager's hat and I've used 1 Jul as a start date and 31 Jan as an end date. 7 months total time. As at eo Oct (eo 4th month and >50% elapsed time) I'd like to be at least 70%-75% complete and have everything ordered arriving by mid Nov at the absolute latest. There's Xmas coming up which means a loss of man days and may mean delivery delays. I'd be looking to complete construction before Xmas, leaving Jan for testing/adjustments/testing.

Not looking good mate if they're only 50-60% complete. That would be a delay of a couple of months...Unless of course they hire some arc lights and do the drop-dead deadline thing - all weekenders and all nighters every third to fourth night....and you need security guards to bring you coffee :).....lots of coffee....
