I think you will find that big investors have positions all over the place and the 'buy story sell news' tactic works, because all of a sudden the fall hits their target entry and she goes up in an instant. I, nor most, can compete with this so you fill your orders where you believe there is value. LT anything under 5c is value but that is just my opinion.
