Like rudd's nbn,they obviously didn't think the projects thru ,as u suggest energy not to mention it was a #$%^&*% drought and it would rain again,and both states clearly underestimated ongoing maintenance even if not required..
I remember a dh greeny on tv holding a sprinkler in her hand at the time (during the drought) and saying this is for the dh greeny museum because of climate change.
ps understood tencents is a big chinese co ie re wechat i was just asking the question re gaming in australia,is there any potential for foxtel to distribute/re sell such gaming thru subscription ie US and chinese co's etc or will they try/introduce the gaming thru any nbn re seller.
ps the gaming potential doesn't really interest me unless some how foxtel did have some attraction for chinese tencents or some US gaming co.
