5G uses MUCH less power than 4G - the design spec is for 90% less power enabled using beam-forming and other improved technologies. These technologies also allows much greater data throughput on the same spectrum. "Total cost of ownership" of the network will be lower with 5G though there will be upfront capital costs (more than offset by lower operational costs).

I'm not sure why you keep posting completely arbitrary and false statements. If you seriously think that "downramping" on HC will allow you a cheaper entry you really live up to "crazy".
