    Hi Kmthor,

    Good point....

Of course that Halycon realted payment will fall into the Full financial Year--ending June 30--2007.... and of course.... also.... it is..... tied to success and financial performance "hurdles"--in and of itself...

Which therefore, presumably means that the Halycon divsion --for (ITE) will be earnings accretive--for it&e (ITE)-- when .....and at the same time.... as the payments to Halycon.... are going out....being better than at cost, or cost neutral--but rather being ahead of the costs implied....whihc will be be good for the (ITE) balance sheet.

Regarding your querry Kmthor, as regards New Up Coming Contracts....for it&e (ITE.

Am......Very confident here at The PUB-- that we will see these New Contracts for (ITE)-- either split between the end of this week and next week .....or bundled into next week....in a consecutive style of series....

There is, by the looks now-- a lot of smart money holding ITE above 20 cents--right now-- but it is only..... the start of the "scratch on the scratch" ...and all augers .....aokay.....

And kmthor; My Two mottos certainly do...."kick in"-- and apply-- now-- for sure now.....
    ----------------------------------------------

    (1) "Waiting Works."

    (2) "Patience Pays."

    ----------------------------------------------

Next point.... Do Kmthor, remember to see current (ITE) company growth, expecially a this point in the early growth cycle of it&e (ITE) ... as a Contiuum......yes as a forward continuum, ....and not.... as.... just, a..."static snapshot"....

Many people will so focus on the: pending soon-- (ITE) 2-3-4 new contracts-- that when they arrive--they will sell-- possibly their (ITE) stocks-- at say 40-50 cents.....

That would, in my view.... be very silly.... and they will regret this implusiveness...

.... And would be seen then in quick hinsight; as of being, of akin .... to selling say: emitch(EMI) --for example--at only 40 cents--or even 50 cents ...only a 1/3 of what it went shortly onto to be.....

This is a critical point--and is why--re (ITE)-- for example-- imo ....you really ought to seriously consider to be rational and focus on the (ITE) Market Cap--in a global sense and proper valuatoins--and not share price.

To get to the bottom line-- the market will ...."very easilly"-- .... soak up a market cap of about:-- 220m--265m --320m-- millions--market cap-- when shortly-- it comes to perceive (ITE).... as a global success story ....in this profitable Sector.....--(ITE) will be an absolute "monty" for many Instos and Funds--to have a part of-- once the very soon now--"tipping point"-- is breached.

And that IS THE POINT--of the next 2-3 Risk Managemnt Global Bank Contracts--....and....not mainly the effect on the ebita impact....for 2007....

Repeat: ......And that IS THE POINT--of the next 2-3 Global large Bank--- Risk Management Contracts-- and not--yes not-- not the ebita impact....for 2007....

This point I make above-- is further effected positively for it&e (ITE) investors-- by the 80/20 rule --that reminds us that the next four and the next four contracts after that are exponetially..... MUCH, much.... easier --much easier-- for it&e (ITE) than the four (4)-- Global large Bank--- Risk Management Contracts-- we are seeing now being, "succesfully bedded down"--one already--Pittsburgh Home Loan Bank--USA-- and of course the 3 more-Global large Bank--- Risk Management Contracts--in contract finalizations-- (now in 'test run' stages)-- -and then another seven (7) Global large Bank--- Risk Management Contracts--in (ITE) sales pipe-line now-- plus--++-- the what has been added to the sales short list of newly to be added-- Global large Bank--- Risk Management Contracts-- -- since November.....2006....

So then... as I need to remind you, the
    the bottom line willbe this:

-- The capital markets; will ...."very easilly"-- .... soak up a market cap of about:-- 220m--265m --320m-- millions--market cap-- when shortly-- it comes to perceive (ITE).... as a global success story ....in this profitable Sector.....--(ITE) will be an absolute "monty" for many Instos and Funds--to have a part of-- once the very soon now--"tipping point"-- is breached

-Finally the M&A Activity and interest being expressed in it&E by Third Parties-- will also impact..... the Market Cap valuation of it&e (ITE)-- very positively.

    They are ....ALL..... inter-connected....

And that then goes onto the truly excllent multi-continental Bank-- it&e-- (ITE)-- Client Base-- Foundation already laid as expressed before and re printed below:

    (1) HSBC Bank
    (2) KBC Bank
    (3) Timbercorp
    (4) LLBW Bank
    (5) Bear Sterns
    (6) Fortis Bank
    (7) Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA)
    (8) National Australia Bank (NAB)
    (9) Westpac Bank.
(10). Tier One Asian Bank. (Application disclosed—‘Monarque’—but name of bank, undisclosed, presumably for confidentiality reasons.)
    (11). Bankers Trust
    (12) Macquarie Bank.
    (13). Qld Treasury Department.
    (14). Suncorp Bank
    (15). Zivnostekska
    (16). Brown Bros Harriman Bank
    (17) Penison France
    (18) Post Bank
    (19) Australian Stock Exchange (ASX)
    (20) ANZ Bank (ANZ)
    (21). Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
    (23) Danske Bank . (Germany).
    (24) Federal Home Loans Bank of Pittsburgh. --USA--.

    --------------------------------------------
Final point, do.... imo, Remember kmthor,

That, ..... you might pause to think about the wisdom of 'holistic objective thinking'--re (ITE) over these next few days--and beyond; ...>>>>--- Going FORWARD-- -->>>>-- and of seeing that markets keep going forward--and fortunately for (ITE) investors-- the forward outlook and curve.....goes UP-- and-- gets steeper and Upward for ite---

ie: it does not suddenly ....'plateau'. ...--for (ITE) at this stage overt the next 3-6 months-- ...in fact the good news is that the reverse applies !....

    Kindest Regards,

    Robbo.
