I dont quite remember.....it was based on a payment system by mobile telephone i think....geez memory fading... in the end I think the management sold it slyly to the Chinese in a forced sell off.....the son of the no 1 telecomunications co was involved. geez what was that co...? OTC? OTI? OCO? yes i think it was OCO
