Wonder how does CZ feel about it and its investment in Optiscan partnership so far.

One thing that stands out is the stance taken by senior management. I doubt Archie approached them to resign following his decision. So, given the vote of confidence from Peter Delaney and the team, it's enough to persuade me to vote in favour of the proposed changes to BoD.
