Wonder how does CZ feel about it and its investment in Optiscan partnership so far.
Pretty sure that Hoffman, Fraser, and CZ are both aiming for the same success, so my guess is that disagreement has to be around governance.
Governance issues plagued the company for many years. Directors keept changing, but core technology remained strong, we know that for a fact.
One thing that stands out is the stance taken by senior management. I doubt Archie approached them to resign following his decision. So, given the vote of confidence from Peter Delaney and the team, it's enough to persuade me to vote in favour of the proposed changes to BoD.
After all, you don't swap horses in the midstream.
